Got sold a lemon.Right off the bat, the horn didn't work, although they said it passed inspection.In 28 days, the engine blew. They told me because I had driven it over 1000, legally they were not obligated to fix it. They did however offer to get it repaired. THEY said it had no oil, that's why the engine blew. If it was serviced like they promised, it shouldn't be out of oil in 28 days. Mechanic said the timing belt broke, breaking the engine. They are keeping my car. I checked out Cherry Lane on Wednesday because someone had suggested them after I was offered a 26% apr from another car lot. Service was amazing until purchase was complete. We asked about an oil leak, we were told he took it to his mechanic and he said it was just from where he changed the oil and there was no leak. This was in writing in a text. There was in fact an oil leak and the mechanic said it hadn’t been brought in to check. The dealership did pay for the vacuum pump for that but the bigger issues they are unwilling to handle. We have also learned that there have been major engine repairs that were not disclosed. They went out of their way to get me in the vehicle I needed. Once I got the vehicle, that's when the customer service ended. After only two weeks of owning it I noticed an oil leak and several of the features stopped working. It was still under warranty at the time but they couldn’t manage to find time to get it in their garage see what was wrong or get a quote for repairs. I traded from a paid off vehicle that drove most of the time to a vehicle with payments that don't run at all. Absolutely horrible experience.
