We have been serving this majestic Vail Valley for almost 15 years. We have seen flooring trends come and go and then come back again. We have seen and installed products from as far as Russia and as close a Dotsero. We know what floors work in our environment and what floors do not. We have a tremendous amount of experience with both Solid and Engineered floors.
Both wide plank and narrow plank. We are certified by the National Wood Flooring Association and we are certified by Woca Natural Oil Finishes. We have been to natural oil finishing classes in Denmark and we have been to installation classes in California. We have been to manufacturing plants all over the world; Sweden, Poland, Ukraine, Austria, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Mexico and of course the United States.
We do this because we love or job, we love the Vail Valley, and we love the people that live here! We will always do whatever it takes to learn more about our business so we can then educate you so you can make the right decisions.

Services
Many flooring companies here in the valley will sell you whatever they can profit from the most. Or, they will sell you a product which is on closeout from the wholesale distributors in Denver or the product from whichever sales rep recently took them out to lunch at the Brewery. They put zero thought or compassion into which floor is right for you and for your home.

Glad I didn't move forward with VVH.
- A few weeks ago I awarded a refinishing job to VVH (and therefore declined another company's bid). We agreed to a tentative timetable, but then things started going bad. Initially we agreed on last week, then Brian moved it to this week without consultation and including the holiday which I immediately told him was not ok. After multiple back and forths and even offering to rush the job into two long days (again not ok with me as I didn't want a shoddy rushed job), he reluctantly agreed to do the job Tuesday-Thursday of this week.
- Then last Friday he called
