It was a long, difficult job, but it was made easier by the highly professional manner in which the Gosser representatives performed their services. It was a very expensive project, but they did a good job in getting competitive bids and were very fair throughout. We would highly recommend them. Mike Gosser and his crew were professional, responsible, courteous, always cleaned up after a job.

We hired Gosser Construction to completely rebuild our rotting front porch. Nick and Mike both have excellent craftmanship and do not cut corners. When unexpected hiccups arose, they addressed the unforeseen professionally vs. "band aiding". My husband and I are extremely pleased with the end result. Would definitely use them again.

I called and left a voicemail as we are looking for a lot of work to be done on our Evanston house. No response or call back. Then a week later I sent a message through their online contact form on their website and again, no response or returned call. Customer service is clearly not there. Super disappointing because I was really looking forward to hiring to this company after noticing work done in our neighborhood. I wouldn't waste your time on them.

I'd highly recommend Gosser Construction. A good friend recommended them to me when they did an amazing job for their home. We've hired Gosser Construction for two jobs now. Both jobs were done with care, purpose and incredible craftsmanship. Our home is nearly 100 years old and the attention to detail was incredibly appreciated as the work blends seamlessly. They had originally come in directly in the middle of three quotes that we got, but Gosser saved us hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars on one of the jobs because they were able to complete the work that our plumbing contractor was originally

We have used Gosser Construction twice and trust his team completely. Our first project had us wondering how we were going to fix 106 year old squeaky stairs with minimal upheaval. After receiving estimates from other companies, a close friend recommended Mike who understood our concerns regarding dust containment, and needing to use the stairs each night. Many of his solutions were impressively creative, and the project exceeded our expectations. The stairs are both beautiful and quiet. Mike Gosser did a great job remodeling out kitchen and bathroom in the north shore area of Chicago. He added a sunroom to out house 3 years ago and it looks just perfect and has a fireplace and heated floors. It is the best place on Sunday morning to be.
