Bill was amazing!! He made time to come by quickly and had all the available parts and answers. He was very quick even though it was during our heat wave last summer. I had a problem which turned out to be my fault and unrelated to his fix, but he took the time to answer my call, walked me through a fix while he was on another job. I called and even though they were closed Bill took my call and scheduled a free evaluation visit. He accommodated my schedule. He came out looked at the garage door which had a small crack preventing it from working efficiently. Bill fixed the crack and replace the spring for a stronger one all for a minimal cost. He didn't try to sell me a new garage door. He just did exactly what needed to be done. I'm very please with this company and would recommend

Please call Chapman Garage Door before you call anyone else. The service I received was nothing less than fantastic, the gentleman that came out was very personable, and professional. This review is long over due since the service was performed in December..but the circumstances of this day compelled me to write it, even after so many months. I'll spare you the details, but in short, my mom was admitted to the hospital, emergency sitch, got in my car to leave for hospital and the garage door gets jammed, I try but can't fix it on my own..and I need to get to hospital stat!
