Great company. Had Chase come out and he had my spring changed out within 20 minutes. Not to mention it was half the price of what other companies quoted me. I will definitely be using them again.
Update: One year later I needed Anytime again for my second garage, and once again Chase was at my house within 30 minutes of the call and about 20 minutes later my spring was done. Thanks for the quick service and quality work!

From the first call to the door being repaired and the car back in the garage was maybe an hour and 45 minutes. I've repaired the door myself a few years ago, but the tech went beyond what I would have known to do in the first five minutes, and got it back working better than it was before it broke.

I made my appointment using their online appointment set-up and everything went smoothly! The Technician arrived at the stated time and spent a lot of time checking out what the problem was. He even spoke with Genie about the issue to confirm that it was only with the sensor and not the opener. After solving the problem, he cleaned up his work area and explain the difficulty to me. Great service & fair price! I will use again in the future!
