In the fall of 2020, we received a bid from Mr. Furnace for heating/ac and installation. I called to let him know we were accepting his bid. I told him that we would send $3000 to cover the initial furnace and setting of the furnace with money left over to go towards the ductwork we needed. We asked Jay early this spring to get the ductwork ordered. We didn’t hear from him. I have called at least 4 times, my husband stopped in and left a business card, multiple emails, etc. Now all of a sudden (I have voice mails) that he will not complete the work and the $3000 happens to be exactly what

I have had problems from initial installation. They are late or don't show up at all. No call or message. They incorrectly installed my indoor mini split unit so when I turned on my A/C, condensation water began dripping down my brand new, freshly painted wall! So I can't use my air conditioner until it is fixed! We have had some very warm weather during in the last week! I am still waiting and wondering if this will be the day they show up and fix their error so I can fully use my mini-split unit!
