The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen!! I emailed for a quote they responded in two days. Once he called we scheduled a time to meet. He asked if we could meet on my lunch break. Well fast forward, we were suppose to meet today. It is very inconsiderate of him to schedule and NOT SHOW UP and didn't call. If this is how he runs a business he will not got mine!!!

Please don’t use this company. Brandon is as rude and ugly as Methuselah. We called for a simple quote. He hung on me. Had a nasty attitude with my husband. And claims he’s the owner. Well guess what!! We’re going to spend our money elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE. Anyone who’s this insensitive to the public does not deserve to be in business

Called and asked him to come out for an estimate for and ALUMINUM fence, wastes my time by coming out and giving me a quote for a different material and then says he doesn't offer aluminum.
Guy shows up 30 mins early, doesn't call ahead to let me know, (luckily I was home from work that day) and gives me attitude when I ask him to let me finish getting dressed because i wasn't prepared.
After all is said and done, we ask him to just repair part of an existing broken fence and install a smaller portion of fence than we originally requested a quote on,

The Cost of a Second Chance
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMERS ARE NOT VALUED!! I recently wrote a negative review of this company regarding a poor customer service experience where an appointment was scheduled by Brandon. He did not show nor did he have the decency to call to reschedule. I called him and after multiple excuses, reference to be a flood victim (shame on you for using it as an excuse) and no apology he said I shouldn't feel bad since he stood up three other people that day without calling them. I received a response from the company with a veiled attempt

I will look elsewhere for future fence work. Their install was OK, but customer service was horrible. After removing my old fence the salesman called to tell me that he had made a mistake on his quote (which had already been signed) and would need to increase the cost of the job by $2,000 (25%). He threatened to leave the job incomplete if I did not agree to the increase. Very unprofessional. Not sure how they stay in business...
