Awesome customer service from beginning to end. Professional, every person I interacted with took the time to listen and I really appreciated that. Tammy had a great sense of urgency to get our garage door fixed ASAP and she was able to arrange same day service which I also greatly appreciated! Our technician was Kelly and he was great too. He is obviously very knowledgeable of how these doors should work and not work. He was able to remedy the issue in about 30 minutes and right before the snow! Thank you Don's!

Using friends recommendations, backed up by Google reviews, I landed on Don's Garage Doors.
I can say they have a very professional team. It shows from the first call in to the office all the way to when you greet the service tech and to the final farewell.
I called on a Monday and then scheduled for service for the coming Wednesday. I was provided a specific arrival time window. Best news!

This afternoon my son called to me, "Mom! The garage door just made a weird sound." It didn't want to open. I checked the line of site for the safety eyes at the bottom. I even unhooked it and tried to open it myself. No luck. Time to call in the experts!

The service i received was excellent! They were out immediately to help.
However, upon checking what they charged us against what others were saying they paid for the same services, we realized we were grossly overcharged. We paid more than double what others were estimating. I really love supporting local businesses, but my wallet can't handle that experience again.

Called for a quote on 2 new openers and for assistance with help to fix the doors post leveling. The woman was rude and dismissive and talked a lot and listened only a little. She should be removed from phone duties immediately as she upsets customers. I am a long-term existing client of these people but I will never, ever use them again after this experience.

We had Don's Garage Doors replace an existing two car door and install a new single 8' door. The doors turned out great! They look good and work perfectly. Brian was a pleasure to work with. My spring broke. Fortunately, the car wasn’t stuck. Made an appointment on Monday for Thursday. The tech saw the appointment and was able to get me in on Tuesday. By the time the repair was made, it was clear I needed a new door (the paneling had all shifted and broke free from the casings). Was able to keep my Thursday appointment for a new door. Unfortunately, the tech had a family emergency and couldn’t keep the appointment. Don came out with his son to get the work done himself and get me back into the garage. He even disassembled and hauled away an old opener I had replaced myself but

These folks know how to service doors and urgently! Seth was at my house less than two hours after a panicked call. He diagnosed and fixed my door with charm and professionalism. Ok. I had no idea what was wrong with our garage door. Jessie arrived and immediately knew we needed new springs to lift our 2-car metal door. He worked quickly and methodical to remedy the problem and even helped us check a few other garage related items. I am very impressed with service! I've never needed help like this before but it was worth every penny. I'll definitely call Don's Garage Doors next time I have a problem!

High Mark for Don's Garage. An old Stanley garage door opener lifted its last door. Opener was replaced, tested and works flawlessly. Ozzie called to let me know when he would be here, explained all my options and answered all my questions on the new opener. And he wore a mask. I appreciate the courtesy.

Called them this morning and they were at my place by 1:15 p.m. - WOW! Friendly and very responsive (left a message at 9 a.m, returned my call within the hour). Kelly and Nathan were brilliant and had the job done in 45 minutes (installed new rollers, tune up, fixing a dent, moving the sensors, and re-programmed one of my remotes that mysteriously stopped working a few months ago, etc.). I will call these folks every year for the tune up and any other work on the garage. FANTASTIC!

I had locked my remote in my detached garage. The condo management company, who owns the garages, did not have a key or a key code for my garage, resulting in my having to call for help.
I called Don's this morning, and they were able to get me into the schedule today. The job turned out to be more difficult than expected, as the release cable had been made unusable by a previous tenant.
Sam got here faster than I had anticipated, and worked diligently to get the door open, add a new lock and release cable, and program the key pad and a second remote. The service was amazing!

Our garage door opener was broken, it was Thanksgiving week, and a snow storm was coming. I called around to several Garage Door companies, and most couldn't get to us until the week after Thanksgiving. A major snow storm was moving into the Denver area the next day, with an expected 6"+ of snow (we ended up with 18" of snow, just in case you were wondering), we really wanted our garage door opener fixed.
