They came out same day to repair my garage door and did alright to get it functional. However the job was half done and I needed a window fixed and a discovered huge gaps, even at the bottom towards one side of the door now. I now have more cockroaches to come in my home, more than I've seen in 10 years. I asked them to quote all new weather stripping and glass and followed up about 7 times to check on the status but kept getting the runaround. I asked if he just didn't want the job, but he said yes he does, but he never followed through.

My garage door was not closing properly and would come back up again after going down a feet or so.
I called Real Garage Doors this morning to see if they could send out a technician to look at the issue for me.
Chris was on the phone and asked me a couple of questions on the problem i was having, after explaining to him that i had already cleaned out the bottom sensors, he suspected that it might be the recent weather causing the issue and showed me how to override the closing of the door by pressing and holding the garage door button. He asked me to send him a couple of pics of my motor and

My garage door spring broke, so I called my usual garage door repair company to make an appointment. They said they couldn't come until 3 days later, and their estimate over the phone sounded excessive.
So, I fired up Yelp to look for another company and found Real Garage Doors and their awesome reviews. I called and they said they would squeeze me in between two appointments later in the day, and their estimate was half the cost of the other company!

Mike & Chris are absolutely professional & Efficient.
We were looking for someone to take care of our garage door for few months but most of the people we contacted were very unresponsive.

Don't use this guy/company because he won't stand by the work. I don't know how this guy has positive reviews because the springs weren't stalled correctly and the door is crooked. We called him early this morning and we've been waiting all day and the owner didn't send anyone to fix it. Our garage door has been open all day he didn't send anyone after he said he would. And, now he says it's our fault.. when it's obvious that the drum wasn't tightened. There are better companies with really good service and they back their work. We were misled by

Our garage door broke in a dangerous way (lever/bracket broke off the door where it attaches so that it could free fall-- the home builder cut corners, it seems) and Real Garage Doors was able to send a contractor out the very next morning to get it taken care of. They installed a new, much more secure bracket, and the repair took less than 10 minutes. The cost was exactly what they had quoted and was very reasonable, especially considering the emergency situation. Wish all home repair businesses were this efficient and reliable! Highly recommend!

I called Chris for some emergency help on my garage door cables coming off track and jamming my garage door. I used Real Garage Doors for spring replacements 2 years ago & came back to them with good reason. They are honest, experienced, caring professionals and have very competitive rates for their excellent work.

Mike/Chris and team were super helpful and responsive in fixing my garage door issues. I've called for their help a couple of times to replace my garage spring and pulley cables and they've always come through with reasonable prices and super fast service. They even were able to add in my appointment last minute and on a busy weekend for the latter repair! Excellent repairs and excellent service - highly recommended!

They responded to my Yelp search right away. I was able to take my time in making my decision. And all my questions were answered. No additional fees or vague estimate. And when I was ready to proceed I was given an appointment on the next business day. They called at my appointment time range and let me know they were on the way. So I go to put my car in the garage and it won't open. I'm leaving for the airport early morning tomorrow and wanted to pack the car tonight, but it is raining terribly. Called for same day service and was able to book an appointment. Rep I spoke with seemed busy but still willing to help me and didn't make me feel rushed. My issue dealt with a broken spring. Seems as though it's pretty common and had parts readily available. Cost wise I found a different company for a bit lower but decided to go with RGD since they were able to accommodate me quickly.
