The person who came to my house was Adita. She is VERY thorough. She is like the Energizer Bunny. She cleans that way I used to clean when I was 34 years old. bending , moving items and furniture, climbing on ladders to clean every last section. The only problem was the language barrier, but we used the Google Translate app, and everything was understood. I finally found the Gem of a house keeper that I have been looking for so many years.

I use Pure Productive Services once per week. Appointments are easy to book and they are flexible if a date needs to be changed.
I love having my apartment cleaned by Sandra. She is very pleasant and thorough. When she leaves, the apartment is shining clean.

I can't believe they sent me an email asking for a review after they fraudulently charged my credit card multiple times and then blocked my phone number so I couldn't follow up on getting my money back as they had promised.

I can't believe they're still in business given that they are terrible at every aspect of their jobs. I guess they're surviving on the money they steal from people.

I initially purchased LS vouchers for our family, my friends and 2 separate businesses. When we all tried to book the appointments, they didn't have any availabilities before our deals expired... Then they told us we could not use the deals because we all were located at the same address... Basically accusing us of fraud!
Even after we escalated the issue, spoke to the Manager, sent tones of emails both to them and Living Social, they kept our money and never honored the 4 deals!
In addition, despite removing my email address 10 times at least since 2012, they keep spamming us frequently.

The worst. Can I give zero star instead? The customer service is the worst I've ever had. The guy charged me the original price but never said I have to pay by cash eventually.
The cleaning ladies were unpunctual and always call to reschedule. My required cleaning area is actually pretty small, it was just the kitchen and part of the living room. But they charged me with almost original price anyway, cuz they said "it is deep cleaning". It turned out that the "deep cleaning" they claimed, I can do it by myself. They left corners and a lot of small areas dirty and uncleaned

They quoted one price, then charged another. Then,even though I'd said any future cleaning would be "as-needed" until I recovered from an illness, they still went on ahead an pre-charged my account for work they hadn't done. Then, refused to refund my money.

When contacted by my bank, they then sent in a hand-altered cleaning proposal. However, my carbon copy is in full-color, unlike their copy machine version on which they wrote the words at the top "original", though the number of the Cleaning Proposal they submitted to my bank and my yellow carbon are exactly

Pretty good cleaning and perfectly on time. They even got the hard to reach spots in the corners and behind objects. This company seems to have improved drastically over time!

Well I signed up through a known friend, seemed OK at first even though they were a pain to schedule with, and then charged my credit card upfront for multiple cleanings. When I asked for money back the only option was to take compensatory cleaning. Then comes the doozy, once that was done I leave multiple messages for Alphonso who is the main contact about future payments, he even picks up refuses to discuss or return my call while the scheduling lady who also needs a customer service lesson Liz tries to schedule a cleaning, fine. I got the living social deal back when and remember thinking the service wasn't great, but was in a bind this weekend and really needed my apartment to be cleaned before company came over.

I called and was quoted $90 for a cleaning of my 425sqft studio... Fine. I asked if they did dishes specifically (every dish I own needed to be clean, otherwise the apartment wasn't that bad at all) and the guy on the phone said "we do everything." For quote.

My appointment was for 3pm. I get a call 11:25am and they say they're on their way. Huh? Oops, wrong person they say. 4:27pm

Awful!!! I bought the living social deal as well. They were unable to schedule my appointment prior to the expiration date but said they would honor the voucher. They were 3 hours late and never called to tell me.

They did not mop or vacuum, they did not dust anything in the bedrooms, sweep under any furniture, or move anything to dust or clean under it. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom - 1200sq ft apt, there were 2 women here for 45 mins. One spent the entire time in the kitchen, She hand washed a plate and a bowl. She did not clean the counter or sweep the floor. the second cleaned the toilets

Terrible in so many ways. Please save your money and your sanity!

Long story short, they were a no-show, and I'm still trying to get a refund from them.

To top it off, I just gave them one last chance to settle with me, and the receptionist refused to connect me to anyone - accounting, the owner, a human being - then hung up on me. Her name is Nicole.

I am going to report through American Express, as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Based on all the terrible reviews I've decided to review as the 'process' goes on.

So far I got a call yesterday telling me that the livingsocial voucher is for a very very light cleaning and offering to upgrade for $39 to the deep clean service. I declined. This should be interesting.

I then got a confirmation call asking if they could move my appointment from 1pm to 10:15am (great now it will interfere with my 1 year olds nap schedule).
Ok, whatever works, just clean my apartment please.

Today is the day of the appointment and it's now 10:36am as I write this, still

I used the 2 Hours of cleaning service living social deal for the company
Pure Productive Services (pureproductiveservices.com).

My experience was less than stellar and on par with the yelp reviews for the company. The manager was late, told me that my time was not valuable and that her needs were more important than the customer. They do not stick to their email confirmations when scheduling time. I would also question if they are a real business.

I politely addressed my complaints and restated that I would like to give a good review.

I've never written a Yelp review before, but felt compelled to after my experience with this company.

I bought the LivingSocial deal and purchased an upgrade for the "Lavish" service since the apartment I recently moved in to is old and needs a thorough cleaning. In July I made an appointment for Sept 8 at 11:00. (I have two different emails from Pure Productive Services confirming this appointment).

They say to allow a 30 minute window for the cleaning crew to arrive, but at 12:00 I called customer service because no one had shown up. Customer service said she would contact the

Two is a coincidence, three is a trend, four is a fact.

I am the fourth reviewer for Pure and I agree with the three previous reviews: Pure Productive Services is the worst cleaning service I have used. Like the others, I purchased a deal through www.livingsocial.com for two hours of cleaning. I purchased the coupon on 12/15/11 and they just cleaned my apartment on 6/19/12. This is because for some reason they were booked for months until I could get an open date, which told me the cleaning must be fantastic.

Then Pure lost my reservation and I had to reschedule. There was no explanation considering

Can you give zero stars? I can't believe the unprofessionalism that I encountered when I used this company. I bought a living social or groupon deal to use them and was was then charged an additional $90+ once they arrived to my house to do the cleaning as they said my home needed a "deep cleaning."
