I contacted Blair Exteriors to replace the roof on my home. I was terribly disappointed. They almost destroyed our beautiful scrubs, which had been growing for 15 years, by throwing the old shingles off the roof onto our scrubs. It will take years to get them back to form. Instead of having brackets for their ladders they placed their ladders against our gutters scrapping the paint and bending the gutters. On top of that I noticed the workers standing on the gutters. I reported this to Dan Aycock, the Blair representative, and when he finally came by the house all he talked about was how he was

I worked with Cole Jones in getting a quote for our roof. Cole was responsive, on time, and thorough with his appointment, inspection and sitting down with us about the condition of the roof and options for a roof replacement.
Sandy followed up with scheduling the roof replacement and all the paperwork which was in fantastic order.
Blair showed up on the job, arranged for good weather (just kidding) and did what they said they would do when they said they would do.

In an age when everyone seems to have a bad story about finding a contractor, Blair Exteriors is a breath of fresh air. We needed a new roof - a project I was dreading. Blair made it easy and efficient. They are the consummate professionals. They arrived on time and worked until the sun set to get our roof on in a single day. Then they returned the next day to make sure everything was fully cleaned up. Make them your first call when you need work done on your house!

The salesperson contacted me and set up my appointment. When he called the day of my appointment he stated he lived in Hueytown and did not want to travel an hour across town nor he did he want to drive an hour an half back home. He then gave me an out of this world number and when I told him we received quotes much lower he said go with them. How rude! For a company to have 4.8 stars out of 5 one would expect better customer service.

We had a great experience with Blair. I did my homework and got quotes from 5 other companies, but Blair blew us away with their authenticity, local roots and competitive pricing. After getting a lot of quotes, it was clear that at our price point, all the windows were essentially the same quality with the same bells and whistles; it was the install that would really make or break the project.

I have used Blair Remodeling for three projects. I have used them to remodel a shower, seal the shingles on my house and to finish an existing shed. The work looks incredible. The best part about this company was that when we gave them a budget they were able to come up with a way to do the work within budget. We will hire Blair for any future projects we have.
