Ive been going here for awhile and they always done good work , decent price and quick service. Ms. Laura however went above and beyond and service and generosity definitely requires recognition. I have a single ignition key with no back up that is remote start that was glued and inaccessible as far as the battery and circuit board. She was able to tediously work it open without breaking it, test it change the battery for me when no one else would touch it in fear of breaking it. She even provided a new back so now it works like new and doesnt require adhesive, plus i know she is able to replace

I lost one of my car keys and needed a replacement since I don't trust myself to not lose my spare as well. The dealer quoted an outrageous amount, but Hassle Free Lock & Key provided a much more reasonable price for the service. The two folks who assisted me out were quick and helpful, and the new key works perfectly. Definitely hassle free! I'll be going back to them in the certain event I need to replace another key.

I have been here two times, today was the second. Each time there is an older lady, I'm guessing a family member of the business owner. The first time I was there for over an hour and the lady had no idea how to cut my key. Then she tried it and the key was all jagged. I had already paid and luckily finally the owner and the son walked in, I showed her the key and right away she knew it was wrong.
I thought okay well they probably had to step out.
Well today I walk in and surprise surprise same lady there. Of course she couldn't make my key, and of course someone who did was no where

The location is really convenient for people if northeast El Paso. The staff is friendly and they are also very knowledgeable . Unfortunately they are not open at the storefront during the stated business hours. I have passed by multiple times during the week and never seem to see this place open or a sign saying they are. Again, just not happy with availability but they do have great customer service when open and product is on point as well.

First time here at this establishment, which I found to have outstanding service. Both proprietors, by the names of Laura & Rick are both very friendly and approachable. I am embarrassed to say that Rick fixed my door lock just by spraying a lubricant in it. I ended up purchasing a spare key and he also recommended another establishment to focus on another issue with my door. Highly recommend this business!
