After Mark did the entire job on windows in my home and I referred him to get more jobs, I then moved and hired him to do my new windows. It was a horrible and now learned illegal experience. He took my money and was supposed to install and order Windoor double impact window. After he received my deposit of over $6000, he promised no problem he would have them in by buildings date Nov 1, 2013.
I got a phone call in late September from Jen telling me there is problem, they are back ordered and won't have the window before Nov 1. Then they wouldn't send my deposit back, told me the person who writes
