I brought it in for what I thought was a bad brake caliper, turned out to be the wheel bearing and the whole axle had to be replaced. They worked with my scummy warranty company that we both argued with about how it was required to be fixed. Parts took 2 months to be shipped and got stuck in Mexico. Called them every week for for simple check ins to whether the part had shipped. When it finally arrived they got it fixed quicker then expected.
I have a lot of complaints about what went wrong with my truck and repair, none of it was with the service department at NorthShore Nissan. They were great

I had taken my 2015 Nissan Altima in for brake work, oil change and tire rotation. For whatever reason, they didn’t rotate the tires. I know this because I have a yellow paint mark on one of the tires and noticed after I left, the yellow paint mark was still on that one tire and in the same place as before. I received a phone call from Mark within about 2 hours after filling out a Nissan survey reporting the issue. He apologized and said to come back and the tires would be rotated. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from North Shore Nissan. My experience was very satisfying. Moe my salesman was Awesome! I totally give him 5 stars! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at all. Finance was also Amazing! Overall my experience at North shore Nissan was fantastic! They made buying a car quick and easy.
