We used Hoover the Mover (North American Van Lines) for an intrastate move in April 2021. A nightmare! They had stored our items during the move and we had the full replacement value insurance. This company is a disaster. Our upholstered furniture was destroyed with holes poked thru the fabric and grease marks all over the fabric that cannot be cleaned. During storage in their facility many items became wet and were delivered with wood rot and mold. Many of the wood furniture pieces were damaged or destroyed into small pieces when moved. Items were lost. We filed a claim and they are refusing to

We were moving out of state and checked with several agents before settling on Hoover the Mover. Best thing we did. Harold, James, and Will were fantastic! They treated our items as if they were there own; including creating boxes for some oversize articles. Everything arrived at our destination and nothing was damaged or broken. I have already recommended them. They truly want the move to be a good experience...and it shows.

From hello to goodbye, those guys hustled, listened went above and beyond in everything they did. Moving is emotional and stressful and they were sensitive to everything we asked. Everyone was great, but Donzell and James were especially awesome. We are so grateful to you for making us feel like family. And our move came in under budget! Hoover the Mover helped us complete the final stage of our move. Like any move it was stressful and overwhelming at times. However, the delivery of our goods today was just what we needed to complete our journey to our new home. The driver was professional contacting me to let me know when he and his crew would arrive. They crew was willing to go above and beyond in making sure we were happy with the job. The crew also had a great sense of humor which helps when it comes to moving. Moving is stressful, however Hoover the Mover and their team made the experience much easier on our entire family

Hoover the Mover was contracted by Dewitt to perform the house packing and sea container loading for our move from Fort Wayne. The initial estimate went smoothly and the gentleman was friendly. However, it turns out that his initial estimate was off by nearly 30%.
The packing crew was understaffed and unskilled. When the end of the second day arrived they closed up the container, said it was full and left behind many items.
