Well, after getting bids and interviewing several companies, we met Toby Frank and the team at LCC. There was just something about them! We decided to trust their reviews and select them. We absolutely made the smart choice in selecting LLC. They were fantastic. Communication with Toby was seamless and fun! He always showed up cheerful, professional and made sure we were pleased with the project, the progress and with the team. This was our first project with them, but it won't be our last! Toby Frank and his team at Littleton Construction recently completely a remodel of our home. I describe the project as a 90% gut job. They did a great job and we are very happy with our new home. Pictures below are just from the kitchen.

Littleton Construction recently completed a full basement apartment refresh in our 1940's home. From start to finish they were incredibly professional, personable, punctual, and did everything to the highest degree of quality. They were focused on keeping to the timeline and started promptly at 8:00am every day (even finished a few days early). It was so enjoyable to follow their progress each day. They were very attentive to all of our needs and made sure we were happy every step of the way. We cannot say enough good things about Littleton Construction! Highly recommend!

I have personally had work done by Littleton Construction and I have referred them to my friends and family for over 10 years. They possess the knowledge and desire to do the job right the first time and within budget. The straightforward communication I got during the process was a big plus . Just completed my second home remodel with Toby Frank and LCC. Another job well done! Toby is so great to work with... he has the patience of a saint and he always has a great, cheery disposition. He will work through the custom aspects of your project and assure everything is done to your liking! He doesn’t play contractor games and you can count on a quality job done right! ( and to code!).
