When looking to rehab a duplex that had extensive tenant damage I was referred to ReNu Renovations on the recommendation of Mary from Chamberlain Property Management. I could not be happier as this turned out to be the right choice and a job well done. The property owner is very detail oriented and wanted someone with the same qualities who would approach the project as if was their own home.
