Multiple reminder calls to Bob, empty promises, no shows, and over priced!
When Bob finally showed up to assess the work, he made multiple comments on how nice my house is. That must've made him think he could jack up the cost of his estimate. When I called him the next day (after he AGAIN didn't follow up like he said he would) I told him I got a few offers lower. I wanted to see if he would meet me in the middle. He quickly just told me to go with the other service team! After some negotiation he said he'll think about it and give me a call later that night to let me know. And guess what...

I would recommend going elsewhere for wood chips. For $100 I received a truck load of wood chips that was full of trash, including bottles, pieces of plastic, and pieces of glass. Essentially, I purchased Woodchuck's trash. In addition, the very old dump truck used to deliver said wood chips leaked large quantities of oil on my driveway.
