UPDATE: manager came to site to see my concerns, he only made excuses, he assured me that the tech would be back on site to complete the job, but he never returned, he told me he did not wanted to loose me as a customer, I’m which I responded to make it right, and fix the problem, he stated I would return if not this week the one after that and I will bring grass to patch the open areas end damaged grass… I’m still waiting…
I wanted to give an opportunity to make it right and stay with the company, I realized is time to shop around for another company that cares.

I worked with Chris and his customer service was incredible. He kept in communication with me throughout the whole termite protection inspection and process. All my concerns got answered in a timely manner. The termite treatment was applied shortly after and they even came to inspect it after. Very pleased that I went with Luv-a-Lawn!

Had luv a lawn for almost 3 years. At first they did great. Brought a severely neglected lawn back to life. Then there service started to decline. The crabgrass and other weeds began to take over. I called the company several times to fix the issues. They would come out and do another application. Which would help for a little. After several complainants and no improvement, I decided to hire another company. Hopefully they will do better. I attempted to get a refund for the last service that had absolutely no effect on the lawn. They laughed and said they would not refund a dime. So hire with caution

Absolutely terrible lawn care services and unprofessional customer service. Was promised brown spots in my lawn would be lush and green within 3 months. 5 months later all I had was new weeds, no new grass. Called and asked if there was any way to change services for a better outcome to which they didn’t offer anything except a cancellation of services for $125. Don’t waste your time.

FIRST 2 YEARS GREAT.. LAST 1 HALF YEARS VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. before and AFTER PICTURE..KEPT HAPPING..AFTER AND AFTER..

Luv a Lawn ruined my lawn. Monthly phone calls for re-treating lawn you get please wait 4-6 weeks for results. Well, waited 12 months and just received poor customer service poor technicians. From bug damage to sedge grass that has over taken lawn. Just poor service. If you want a nice lawn do your self a favor.... do not use this company.

I hired them for weed control and to fertilize the yard, had them for a couple months and the grass is the same/worse than before. I haven't seen enough of a positive change to want to continue service. Also there is a fee for cancelling early in addition to paying for the current months service regardless if they have performed it or not yet, be aware of that before you would like to cancel. Maybe look for another company that won't tie you down with a contract and will let you cancel whenever you want if your dissatisfied.

I signed up with this organization after installing a pool. My whole yard was replaced with brand new Zoysia grass ( 7 pallets) irrigation was replaced to cover all areas since my yard footprint has changed. They took over from day one. All they had to do was maintain the yard and control weeds. Let’s say they failed. After 1 year of complaints and getting free service here and there my yard now needs to be replace less than 2 years later. My lawn is the talk of the neighborhood!!! I've referred 4 clients already, so pleased with my service. I used this company years ago and was very pleased, Michael promised me that I would love my lawn and I do!!!
