Mark and his team did a great job for us. They painted the exterior and did some minor carpentry repairs, with excellent prep and attention to detail. The deck needed more work than anticipated, and we felt that Mark's carpentry crew showed real expertise in restoring and repairing areas that were rotted or needed new and better support. The finished product looks terrific!

We just had a couple of rooms repainted by Mark and team. The work was excellent and they were great at communication. Mark was checking in every step of the way, and it really made for a good process. The pricing was fair, and I love that Mark really cares about his team enough to employ them full time with benefits. Definitely using them for our next painting project.

Prior to painting we learned we had a lot of dry rot needing repair first. We used Mark who provided a carpenter to do this. That person was a very good worker, diligent, polite, and professional in all respects. It is so hard to find somebody with his those attributes, and we were totally satisfied with his work.

Mark and his team are wonderful -- very professional and detail oriented. We have used them for interior walls, kitchen cabinets and most recently for the exterior of the house. Our hillside home was a challenging job and included a fair amount of repair work for water damage. It was all done extremely well and went smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Mark Bellingham Painting did a great job repairing and painting our house's 83-year-old wood siding, which was in pretty rough shape. Before the crew began work, Mark came to our house to review the project and explain the process, and was very communicative from the project's start to its finish. The painting crew was very experienced and did a great job. I also really appreciated how clean they left things at the end of each day. Our house looks so much better now! Mark always comes in person to review proposed work and provide an accurate estimate. His site manager kept me apprised of changes and sought permission before completing additional work. The lead painter, Reginaldo, is outstanding - professional, clean and kind. He took photos of before/after condition, marked paint cans for next time and did major prep work and carpentry repairs as well. The house looks great. This is the second time Bellingham has painted our house (on a different side) and we will use them again. The cost is fair for the high quality of the products and the superior workmanship

Mark and his crew did an amazing job when they first painted the interior and exterior of my home about 12-13 years ago. Because of Mark's crew and their outstanding job then I knew that when I needed to change out my old wood paneling for a new paint job, they'd fill my needs and they did that superbly! They did a beautiful job on our indoor walls, mantle, and three red exterior semi gloss doors. From the time Mark came for our estimate appointment with official documents including proof of insurance and contractors license, through the end of the job, everything was punctual and exceeded expectations. The crew took pics of where furniture and art where before they moved it so they could put everything back just right. I could not be happier with the results!

A large second story window was leaking during these winter storms and our handyman suggested we contact Mark Bellingham Painting to come to caulk the exterior. The team arrived promptly on schedule and after evaluating the window and taking photos, Manuel and Ramiro showed me that the trim had rotted and needed replacement. On a subsequent trip with foreman Tito, the wood trim was replaced, caulked, and painted. All three workmen were courteous, caring, and left the premises clean. I'm a residential property manager in the city. We met with several of the top painting companies before deciding to go with Mark and his crew to paint the interior of our 3-story Pac. Hts. building. His estimate was on par with others but I liked that he made a point of paying his workers a higher wage for quality work. Even so, his bid came in slightly below the others. Plus, these guys are his crew - no journeymen or day laborers you have to worry about.
