Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I was hung up on so after calling back I asked the lady to please not hang up on me. She then got a huge attitude with me. The customer that was hung up on and my service wasn't canceled from the week before when I had called. Rude

Future services calls and never shows up or doesn’t call and shows up. It’s annoying. Both my wife and I have called customer service and never got the issue resolved. Very disappointed and frustrating since the initial consultation went so well. I don’t recommend Future services unless there are no other options in your area.

Made a payment and business kept payment method on file without permission and took a payment unaware. Technician sends invoices stating customer not available and customer is at home. I asked for notification so I could be home to see if I was actually being serviced. I was billed and had not been serviced. I was reimbursed for that time.Gave another chance and I believe same thing happened. Did not see anyone at my home the time of invoice and I definitely was available. Don't let tech come if your not home make sure they are actually coming. I have requested to cancel twice. Contract still not

Had our first big treatment yesterday and Colten Lee came out and worked alongside the servicemen , and they did an excellent job I felt like I was truly being taken care of like I said it was just the first treatment so they will be back in two weeks. I even got a txt this am from Colten. I feel very comfortable with these people in my house doing the job I hired them to do I feel very confident that the issue will go away

Exterminator Left traps and the only follow up since has been a call back informing us that we were responsible for removal and disposal of rodents?? To date absolutely no follow up from exterminator to check on how their service was working. Lastly, we are still receiving invoices for bill we already paid.

This is the WORST company we have worked with - we moved into our home and had six months left on our contract, so we called to renew and paid the full fee for a whole year of termite protection - we noticed people weren’t coming out, so we called and they said we had never paid so we had actually been going without protection. We had an issue with some bugs in our home at the same time, so a worker came out and checked the traps and said there were no bait pieces inside and they weren’t placed properly. He resolved the issue (so we thought) by adding a few more traps and fixing the bait pieces

I could not be happier with Future Services! We own a small apartment complex and one of our tenants brought in bedbugs. They were very quick to respond and take care of the issues. The bedbugs were gone after the first treatment. I have signed a contract now to use them for our general pest control.

Brand new house with ants, technician very courteous and informative. Sprayed inside and outside, this is day six and so far no ants. I'm on the lookout for them though. They said to just give them a call if any show up and they will come back out and spray again. That's some good to know stuff there!!!👍👍
