Felix and his team were great. They stayed in communication on status and handled the interactions with my insurance company which I appreciated as I am not a roof expert and did not want to have to coordinate. Overall I would recommend them and actually already have them coming back to handle another repair.

I needed a new roof. I received 4 quotes and chose Mak Roofing. I am a local contractor and went with the mid-price from the quotes. I feel the low price will cut corners to make a profit, the high price is making too much. The mid-price has enough to cover all costs and make a fair profit. Mak Roofing was on time, within my budget, did quality work and I received a quality product. Thank you Felix for your professionalism!

I wish I could give them a zero. Felix showed up on time however he was not willing to look at my roof unless I had an insurance claim. In addition he made derogatory comments in regards to my roof that it was not approved by the city. I have heard other wise. Dont stereotype because I am a woman and dont assume I dont have the money to pay. You will never get my business. And he was not willing to speak to me in English only Spanish again stereotype.

Felix showed up same day that I noticed a leak in my roof for the 3rd time (it had been previously "fixed" by 2 other companies unsuccessfully). He was kind, professional, and listened to all of my concerns. He thoroughly explained the issue, what they planned to fix with my roof and inside my home. He let me know how long of a minor wait it would be and also had his guys come out and do a temporary repair on the roof in case of bad weather.

Mak Roofing did a professional job on the roof of my house. I had the work performed approximately 6 months ago. I had the entire roof coated with 1" spray foam. Very pleased with process, cleanliness, and impact it has had on my HVAC bills. My home is so much cooler . What I was most pleased about was Felix's willingness to make sure I was pleased. A couple of items I needed to have some extra work done after the job was completed and he DID NOT HESITATE to get it done. Due to my experience, I will be calling them to work on my roof's Terra Cotta tiles damaged by the hail storms earlier this year
