I don't know how they are. I went on an interview was told another employee will call everyone who was interviewed that week that following Monday I called and inquired and was told owner left early and that someone will call me. That never happened that was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I took it as I didn't get the job. This was the 2nd or 3rd round with this company. I will never acknowledge them again. They have bad communication skills and I am very high on communication. If this is how they run a business I can only imagine what it would be like if I did work there. We own a business as well for 35 years

After having this company for about 3yrs, we're now finding out how bad they were. First off, they installed termite baits but they installed very few of them and spaced out too far apart. Second when the guy came to install them he came unprepared and didn't have a drill, he went into my garage and got a shovel to dig up the holes he needed to do without my consent. Finally, I'm glad I changed company and went with Cadenhead cause after the real professional came and looked at it he pointed out all the mistakes made. Also, this guy put them deep in the dirt/grass compared to Premier. Cadenhead

Well had two homes with them for 8 to 10 years. Recommended them to multiple people. This past year plus a few months they dropped my bond because I have a deck connected to one of my properties and a roof over a porch on the other property. 30 day warning before my bond ran out. Hurricane month and can't get anyone to do a small job which is obvious. I asked them why they would not give at least a one year notice on the last inspection instead of springing this on a long time customer? They were unwilling to be flexible.
Anyway I told them what they could do with their business.

While there are two sides to every story, you failed to mention that i DID in fact request the continuation of the termite bond in November when i first acquired the property. In between, your company continued to provide the regular pesticide maintenance on the property, calling to remind and schedule appointments, and never mentioned that i needed to contact you a SECOND time to schedule service that i had requested in November. Do not waste your money on their termite (WDO) inspection service. They will not stand behind their work. They said we didn't have termites; we did. We found them greater than their 30-day warranty, but feel free to ask them what recourse they offer if discovery is found within 30 days.
Use anyone else; don't gamble on these folks.
