The shipping cost I was referring to as being horrendous was Home Depot not the Fence Source. Please understand what you're reading before making a comment. Since shipping was less at Fence Source I opted for Fence Source. I did get the samples however a 5-6" piece of fence doesn't really give you a realistic idea of whether the slats work or not. You did get emails from me. You just don't have the correct name. I stand by my review of your company. To return the merchandise I would have incurred shipping costs, a 35% restocking fee and the merchandise had to be packed in
