Brock and Tom came to our house and painted several interior rooms. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They took the time to show me some painting tips that I can use in the future. The quality of their work is unsurpassed. I used Creative Finishes in September 2021 to update my home prior to selling. Both the design rep and the painting team were very helpful and responsive. The project was completed within a week and the foreman walked the house at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the final product.

I got 3 bids for interior and exterior painting, The Creative Finishes bid was not the least expensive, but extremely fair. Especially for the quality of paint, and the great references I received when I did my research. They showed up on time for the exterior painting, their work was superb, the 3 main crew were professional and friendly, and the wood repairs excellent. The best part of the experience was Ashley, the person who coordinated, scheduled, and made sure the process went smoothly. She is a joy to work with. From the first phone call to get an estimate for exterior painting/wood trim repair to the final inspection, everything was top notch. We used Creative Finishes for painting the exterior of our house. Nate and Ashley were excellent to work with throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with the result. They were patient with scheduling as we were doing repair to the stucco that needed to complete first and dry properly. Nate worked with us extensively to select proper colors. They built new shutters to add to the exterior look. The price was competitive and the work and end result looks fantastic.

I’ve have used Creative Finishes on two large projects now, and both times I have been so happy with the finished product. Most of my contact has with with Ashley, the office manager. She is quick to respond to me when I leave a message, and is also polite and professional. The painters just finished up a bathroom remodel for me. Both Brock and Tommy were very professional while in my home, and were always quick to redo something if I wasn’t happy with it! I will certainly use Creative Finishes in the future, and will definitely recommend them to friends!

They did the exterior aluminum siding and trim on our Grandview Heights home in 2019. We had them back to do the interior in 2021. They were a joy to work with. Ashley takes care of the phone work and scheduling. The painters were all professional applicators. Surfaces were prepared correctly. The paint looked good when they left. I would have them do work for me again and again.
