Bill and his team did a phenomenal job both painting the exterior of our house and building a new deck twice the size of the one we had. Bill was very responsive when we were getting quotes even while the building market was insane due to covid, and there were building supply shortages. He and his team were always on time, extremely professional, well-prepared, very skilled and left their surroundings exactly, if not better, than they found it. Very pleased with their work, and would use them again. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally do reviews, I probably haven’t written four in as many decades! However, I couldn’t let our experience with the Bill Bertsch Construction Company go by without comment. We needed a new roof; it is a large roof with a complex configuration. An already difficult job was made harder by the fact that the roof and crawl space needed significant structural repair work. The work was done in May of this year. If you’re familiar with the Hemlock Farms area you know that that was a very rainy time. Any day it rains, no roofing gets done! Bill Bertsch is a honest, hardworking guy that really knows his trade. He does work that is not only beautiful but will last the test of time. I engaged Bill Bertsch Construction to insulate the crawlspace of our newly purchased lake home and re-roof our garage. I was very impressed by Bill's work; it was completed quickly, no surprises, and the workmanship was excellent. Bill is the most reliable contractor you will find in the area. He did work on two of my homes and the construction was solid. Much better than the contractor who built the structures he added on to. Bill will show up when he says he will (great communication!) and..... he shows up to give you an estimate! He leaves the site clear of construction debris when he is finished and did a great job preserving surrounding landscape and structures. I have referred many people to Bill over the years and continue to as I have such confidence in his work.
