Great experience in leasing a new car, a 22' Honda HRV. I love it! See Michael Morgan, he's extremely professional, caring and understanding of customer needs/want! This was absolutely the easiest car transaction that I've ever experienced! The purchase experience was great, but once I got home I decided maybe this vehicle is not what I wanted. I bought my vehicle on a Friday in the evening around 4pm. I live an hour a way from this location. They close at 7pm. The next day is Sunday (they are not open) I don't drive the car that day in hopes they will just let me return to the car on Monday. I have my husband call to ask if there was any grace period about maybe bringing the car back. We were told NO, there is no grace period but if we wanted to trade it in we could., but we may not get pay off for it. So now I'm stuck with a car

Went in hoping to get my dream car (Honda Pilot 2021) but after consulting with the sales manager a few options the price was just out of my range I was about to leave with my husband when our sales guy said he had another option for us if we wanted to see it I said sure why not if it has what I want (3 row seating, leather Interior) he pulled up with a 2016 Toyota Highlander at first I was skeptic but I ended up loving it ! Went to look at a CR-V. Couldn't crank the vehicle because for some reason they had the battery disconnected. The person we talked to on the phone was very busy when we got there. So he finally asked someone else to help us out. Understand that he was busy but we did wait for a while 🤷. They were friendly people though. Gave us the information that we went for.

Hands down the best service I've received on a vehicle purchase! We we're so satisfied with the service from Mike Smith and Bobby Petruna! My husband has been on the hunt for a ram truck and found one here at Decatur. We're 2 hours south and had the truck put on hold until the next day that we we're able to drive up. From the start Mike made everything easy for us. We made the purchase and ran into a small issue and Bobby didn't hesitate to take care of us and make it right! Will definitely keep them in mind when it's time for a new vehicle for myself!

This dealership must be the worst Honda Dealership in the country. From beginning to end it was deceitful and deliberately difficult to deal with. I had $9000 down and a very strong credit bureau... they demanded Social Security Card. I'm telling everyone on YELP and everyone I meet to go another path. This dealership proved to be NO GOOD whatsoever.

My husband and our family test drove a Honda Pilot at this dealership yesterday. The car salesman Craig, accompanied us on the test drive.
The car drove fine, we were considering the car.
Craig, the salesman called this morning and was extremely rude. Starts going off on a tangent why would we waste his time driving the car if we didn't have intentions of buying the vehicle. Then hung up on me as I was trying to explain our intentions.
I assure you Craig we don't enjoy loading and unloading three kids and three car seats to be treated the way you have treated us. No sir, we do not

Overall good car buying experience except for poor customer service after transaction.
Drove 3 hours from Atlanta to purchase a car with options that are hard to find that they got in on trade.
We had agreed on everything Thursday, but couldn't come in until Sunday. The sales associate didn't have a problem with that, I thought, and offered to come in on their off day, when the dealership is closed to accommodate my needs.
When I got there to check out the car, I felt rushed as if I was an inconvenience to the sales associate, Jeff Raines.

I would not recommend this business. They are so friendly selling you a car. But a few days later when you have a problem that their fault t hey don't care. I was told the cleaner they use to remove grease from motor damaged some wiring and they refused to pay until i call the BBB. Thats all it took.

I have been to this location a few times for the service department which has consistently been fine. There was nothing that really stood out one way or the other. Upon initial inspection of my car on my most recent visit (12/15/18), I was told I needed 4 new tires as well as a new battery. The cost was of course more than other places for both services. I declined the tires (they quoted me $750), but allowed them to replace the battery ($120) for fear of it dying on me. While I was paying they informed me that there were cheaper tires they could offer me but I declined those as well. All

Worst car shopping experience of my life! I was treated like an idiot. I knew the average sales price of a new 2018 HR-V and the price for a trade in. After repeated lies about their cost and 2 attempts to charge me over $3000 more than I was willing to pay for the car, I got up and walked out. I picked up the phone and called Honda of Jasper. They gave me the deal I was trying to make with Honda of Decatur. Don't waste your time with Honda of Decatur's bait and switch unless you want to pay a lot more and like unfair treatment.

I would not recommend this dealership. Sale personnel are rude and even hang up on you. They are not committed to their word. The Dealer Manager was unresponsive to complaint of sales staff. I contacted the dealership for availability of a vehicle. I was told it was available and made an appointment with the sales staff to see the vehicle. I had email and phone contact with the sales staff and the vehicle was to be ready for my review at a specified time. Bubba Stockton, our salesman, really knows his stuff. We have dealt with him for many years. He is a man of integrity and is always willing to work with us. Chris in finance was also very helpful and organized. He helped moved the process along in a timely manner. We drove from Florence to Decatur just to do business with Bubba even though we had a Honda dealership in Florence. Bought a new Honda Odyssey.

I have been so pleased with Honda of Decatur in the past year. When I first went in to turn my leased vehicle in, Mike Smith, was honest, helpful, and gave me a great deal! Since then I have been going in for my maintenance on a regular basis. The team is friendly, does the job superbly, and even washes the car after they have completed the work on it. If you are sitting in the waiting room, all the employees greet you and make a nice comment. Can't go wrong purchasing and maintaining a car at Honda of Decatur.

When I purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring, the salesman convinced me to add an extended warranty. He assured me that even though I usually don't keep a vehicle long enough for manufacturer's warranty to expire, that I would be able to get a refund should I trade or sell the vehicle.
