Thomas was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He even stayed late to replace the locks on our new house and was more than willing to be flexible to coordinate with our schedule. If I ever have any issues with my locks, Thomas is the first guy I'm calling (and not just because there's a three year warranty).

We bought a new house and all of the keys worked fine. However, we wanted the home rekeyed for safety. I contacted my home warranty company and they assigned Integrity. Thomas was prompt in contacting me and arrived on schedule. I have a dozen locks that needed to be rekeyed. Two of the locks wound up having issues after Thomas left. Thomas was quick to respond to the issue and resolve it. I can't give him 5 stars because there were issues, but having a contractor who is quick to respond to issues and resolve them has value.

We had a great and knowledgeable experience working with Thomas. He went over all the locks and door knobs with us. Which one was better rated and safer to have and managed to rekey all our locks to our new home. He was knowledgeable, experienced and reasonable. I highly recommend him

Tom came over to rekey our house after we moved in. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended hardware replacement and gave compelling reasons as to why it would be important for us. In the end, we agreed and he installed new hardware on all our exterior doors, including a keypad on the front door. His work was completed quickly and competently. I would definitely hire him again, and would recommend him to others.

Tom was incredibly pleasant on the phone and offered a very competitive quote on replacing and rekeying several locks in our new home. He came to the house the same day. I was incredibly impressed with Tom and his service! We just moved into a new home and had paid for a home warranty that covered getting our locks changed. Tom came out the very day I called and stayed until late that evening making sure everything was perfect. We had these really loud doors that were hard to close and he fixed them! He noticed the problem right away and we thought we were going to have to deal with the noise or get new doors! Tom is extremely knowledgeable of his craft and takes a lot of pride in his work. Tom was out of town when I called to have my house re-keyed. I was unable to schedule precisely with him due to personal circumstances. Tom was very amenable to a tentative schedule for the work after his return. Contact between us was maintained until I was able to give him a precise time. The work was completed as requested and was of excellent quality.
The only delays were caused by me talking.

I recommend Integrity Lock & Key, and will call on them in the future.
