Norco Services LLC is a family owned and operated business established more than 12 years ago. In fact, it was all in the family from the beginning. Our CEO, Juan, started helping his father in the field doing installations and service work when he was 12 years old and all the way up through his high school graduation.

He was on time of the initial review of my broken a/c, and followed up with us after to ensure good customer service.
The savings compared to 4 other companies was unbeatable.
They installed my new unit, ensured follow ups and concerns addressed now and in the future with a warranty. Additionally they are uniformed ,informative about the unit, knowledgeable about the a/c industry, thorough, polite, clean, and everything was back in tacked when they left our home. This is a big investment for my family and we are pleased we chose this company to take care

Had a 5 ton heat pump installed during the summer and everything went very smoothly. Unit works great and electric bill has gone way down.
Had Juan come out and do some extra work recently and once again, all is great. The crew is fast and efficient and Juan is available when needed.
I recommend this company if you want a professional install with top of the line equipment with a price that cannot be beat.
I had 3 other estimates and the competition should be embarrassed by the way they give you 3 options for pricing with an entry level, mid level and top of the line price which are so inflated

My 5 Ton unit went out Sunday night and I found Norco on craigslist and Brad fit me in for a Thursday install. The crew work very fast and the system works great! The price was affordable and the financing really helped! I received 3 other quotes and Norco was 40% lower than the lowest quote! My Inside unit was install in a tight position and the installers centered the unit so not very easy to service in the future! I have another 3 ton unit that I will replace next year and I'm going to use Norco.

Norco just finished my install. I replaced a 3 ton 14 seer unit with a 4 ton 14 seer. The original building did not do a proper heat load calculation and undersized the unit installed by Frymire. Norco did a significantly better install than Frymire did when the house was built. Super friendly guys that came out and installed my unit. Joked around and even played a few minutes of basketball with my son.
Extremely happy with the install and will use them when it's time to replace my other unit.
