As someone who works in the customer service/trade industry, I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a professional roofing company that provides honest work. After scheduling, Omar contacted us the day of with a window of time to expect the roofers to be there. I engaged Lagunas to do a new roof installment. I worked with Clayton Merrit who was super knowledgeable and advised me on not only the best kind of roof for my home but advised me on the aesthetics as well. He even encouraged me to shop around and provided me information of which I should be looking when examining the legitimacy of a roof contractor. Ultimately, Clayton was a straight shooter and honest with me the whole time. That’s why I chose Lagunas. By the way, they knocked out my roof in less than 24 hours which compared to my neighbors was not possible. If I need roof repair in the future

Michael contacted me and we discussed the storm damage I had from storms to my roof. We discussed insurance coverage and he was able to get my insurance company to cover the full roof replacement with better quality shingles than what my roof had from the house builder.
His crew made quick work of getting the old roof off and the new one in place in a few hours. Due to high winds, recently, a downspout on my home blew completely off. The bottom portion was bent and needed to be replaced. I have a two-story home, so impossible for me or my husband to fix. I started calling around to get some bids. I had quite a few companies that did not respond. Lagunas, however, DID respond and came out to take a look. I dealt with Mike and he was truly awesome. I spoke with him on a Tuesday and by the next Monday morning he and the crew were out to repair and re-hang my downspout. I recommend them because they are responsive, which means a lot when you're needing a repair

Roof replacement on 3/4/21 and we cannot say enough good things about Clayton Merritt and the crew that came out to do our roof replacement. From the moment my husband called Clayton to come out and inspect our roof to the moment they left after they finished our installation, they were amazing. They handled every aspect of getting our needs met and then some.

Lagunas was absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations! Ali was our project manager and did such a great job keeping us in the loop and getting the work scheduled quickly, as well as helping us with our insurance. We got quotes from several roofers in the area but ultimately went with Lagunas because of their experience and professionalism.
