They have serviced my AC unit several times. Came the very next day after a holiday. Sorry I couldnt remember the technicians name, but hes always very professional. He could have very easily ripped me for 2-4 lbs of freon (how would I know?), but said it was only a minimal amount needed. AC works great, and pricing was very fair. Will certainly use and recommend them again ! Thanks to Mark and the gang ! Great job

Diagnostic worker did not fully inspect the unit, leaving the next day’s worker without the tools he needed.Then, he drives an hour away to realize the tool he needs is not there. Comes back to our home anyway, and does a “band-aid” fix and that next morning, we wake up sweating because it is no longer working. Great job guys, you really nailed it.

AC wasn't dropping the temperature in the house. Air flow seemed weak. I changed the filter because it was pretty dirty. This didn't help. I called Pittsburgh Comfort Tech around 6:00pm. The answering service said they would relay the message. Less then 2 minutes and I received a call from Mark Turner . I explain the situation and he knew what the problem was. Over the phone, Mark told me how to fix the problem. I did what he said and it worked perfectly. No service call. No fee. I would recommend (and have) Mark and his team for all your heating and AC needs.
