At C & C we 'typically', pressure wash, allow surface to sufficiently dry and apply primer and topcoat with a commercial sprayer (back-rolling the tinted primer coat).

Often times, for example if the color is staying the same or in the same family, and the original paint is in good condition, primer is not needed.

I have had 2 projects done by C & C, my Trex deck and a remodel of my master bathroom. Both were fairly priced and were well done! Steve and Lisa helped me pick out materials and made sure my home and yard were cleaned up as they worked. I highly recommend C & C!

I called Steve of C & C initially for a painting estimate and as we talked our conversation grew into a renovation of half of a duplex. Steve was great. From the beginning there were always dates and deadlines. Lisa was prompt in all communication, and the dates and deadlines were essentially in place the whole time. Our project contracted in the fall. Initial painting prep to make sure the house was weather tight for the winter. Once the cold set in Steve started the upstairs renovation. His estimates were very close to actual. It is an old house and we did time and materials due to the unknown

Steve and Lisa have been amazing to work with. We have hired them for a couple pretty large jobs and they have done fantastic work. Steve has always been on time and very polite and professional. I like that Steve was always straight forward about what he thought needed to be done, or if something didn't need to be done. He and his crew never left a mess behind like other contractors we have worked with in the past. You can see by the finished product that he really cares about his work! I recommend C&C to anyone who needs paint or other work done.
