Had an appointment scheduled for an estimate for air duct cleaning. When technician- I believe his name was Tim- showed up it was obvious he wasn't interested in doing the work. He left saying he would email me an estimate for the job. This was over a week ago. Never got the email or a call from anyone. I wish he would've been honest and let me know air duct cleaning was not something he was comfortable doing. It was a waste of both of our time.

I have lived in Southwest Florida since 1962 and Coastal Cooling is by far the best HVAC Company in my experience. The phone is always answered promptly by very nice, helpful and knowledgeable individuals. I am able to make an appointment for repair and maintenance purposes within minutes. I have some medical issues that require time sensitive scheduling which is never a problem. I always receive reminders in the form that I request and notification that the technicians are en route to my home. They are prompt, courteous and very professional. It’s actually a pleasure to interact with everyone

The technician Dave who came by for the annual checkup was fabulous. He is knowledgeable, experienced and was patient with explaining my AC system to me. He also was thorough and checked all parts to make sure that they were working. I recommend the company.

Having a home on an island does have its challenges. A/C went out and a Coastal Cooling experienced technician came out by boat within 48 hours to diagnose the problem. Options and cost to either repair the existing system or replace it with new equipment was clearly explained and a formal proposal was subsequently provided. I opted for new equipment along with a maintenance agreement. I was provided an install date, and as promised, despite the logistics involved living on an island, the job was completed in less than a week from my initial contact with Coastal Cooling. I strongly recommend them

Have used Coastal Cooling for 12+ years for high-end vacation rental homes for preventive maintenance, repairs and new installation. Always professional, always price competitive.
