If I could give 0 stars I would. Moved out of a house and had an appointment to have whole house carpet cleaned. No one ever showed up. Called 2 times and left a message. Went to the office and it had a big sign saying "Taking Applications". Doors locked and no one around. It would have been fine if I had gotten a call, but I got nothing. Will not recommend or use again.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the equipment they advertise on their website (the Hot Carbon Extraction machine) this is what they showed up with- a retro floor buffer with a rag. I happened to take a pic as I was texting a family member saying I was unsure of the results as they were finishing up. At one point the cleaning tech showed me the dirty buffing rag to show me how they were 'cleaning'. Then he FLIPPED OVER the same filthy buffing rag and kept 'cleaning'. I questioned the work/technique and the guy tried to gaslight me and say it look great from this point

The gentlemen who came to do my carpets were wonderful! Friendly and helpful they found all the carpet stains from our pets and got rid of them. Some have been cleaned multiple times before by two different companies!! These guys are great and I would recommend them every time!!

They were so nice and the level of cleaning exceeded my expectations. Our couch looks and smells so much better and they got all the stains they worked on out of our carpet and rugs. They even got silly putty out of our carpet which I had previously heard was impossible.

I can't say enough about how superior this company is, in every way! I have not taken good care of my carpet, to say the least. And my dogs have added their contribution to its degradation. After researching the Chem-Dry process and comparing it to the steam cleaning I had done before, I decided on Chem-Dry--and this particular franchise--because of the way Linda answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Very disappointed. I had scheduled tile and carpet cleaning as have a special event here starting this Friday. I even asked if tile and carpet cleaning could be done the same day, and was reassured it absolutely could be. The scheduler even asked which rooms/ areas needed done. When the young men arrived, they said they didn’t know anything about the tile cleaning and would only have time to do the carpets, they even called their office, but said they were told their schedule was too tight, and they couldn’t do it. Young men were polite and I understand it wasn’t their fault. Time will tell
