What a well run operation to demo our pool. From obtaining the permits, to pricing, to digging and filling our pool with clean dirt, and arranging for all the necessary inspections along the way, we couldn't be happier with Steve and his crew. We had another company quote the job and not only was the other company more expensive, they wanted to tear down a wall. We couldn't recommend Kennah more.

I took awhile for me to get in contact with Steve after receiving a bid for demolition of room within my garage. But he did finally (after about of week of waiting) call me back and scheduled me for the next morning. He really meant morning as the 2 man crew were there at 6:45AM. Got me out of bed but I was happy to see them as would not have to wait around for someone to show up. The complete the demo in maybe 3 hours, clean and neat. Hauled away all of the debris included some odds and ends that I wanted disposed.

I hired Kennah Construction to demo my backyard. After ten years of having flagstone, I decided to remove everything and pour concrete so that the kids can play basketball. Steve came out and gave us a fair quote and work began the following month. His crew showed up as scheduled and on-time. Through the whole process, Steve took the time to answer all our questions and took care of any issues that arose. Steve and his crew did an outstanding job with our swimming pool removal job. After shopping around, I decide to go with Steve because of his service and experience with pool removal. Fountain Valley has very strict policy when it comes to construction, but it is for the best interest of the residents. Took a little longer due to the 4th of July holiday and required city inspections. At the end, I am very happy with the result and cleanliness Steve's workers have shown throughout the pool demo and backfill. Steve was always very responsive to all my needs and questions. Kennah Construction demolished our pool with the best team one could ask for. Every step of the way we were kept informed by the owner Steve...we were never ever left hanging on any issue. Pricing was very very reasonable. Their work was so good that we also had them remove virtually all the concrete on our property so that we can now re-landscape everything. We had a large pool and surrounding concrete deck removed. The job actually started a day early, and Steve's crew did an excellent and professional job. At one point we had three bobcats on site, trucks delivering gravel/dirt, and another hauling away concrete. They were very well organized and the inspection process was very timely. I was extremely happy with the fact their operators were skillful and careful when removing concrete next to the house and retaining wall. In all, I would highly recommend Kennah Construction for pool and concrete removal.

Kennah Construction recently completed a full pool removal with engineer backfill project on our property. After doing much research on Yelp and internet, and after several quotes we decided to go with Kennah because of their experience, commitment to excellent customer service, stellar reviews, and we were not disappointed.

Due to the fact that our pool was over 30+ years old and very oddly shaped, Terry(foreman) had to utilize 3 different types of bobcats to complete the project.
We were so impressed with the way he was able to maneuver the bobcats in and around the pool.

The Kennah crew was great from start to finish! I had them demo my 40 year old backyard pool. Took about a week just as they estimated. All the workers were great from the initial crew of Garrett and Tyler, right through Adam and his crew. I think Adam's first toy when he was little was a Bobcat. I've never seen anybody operate one more efficiently. The price was very competitive, I am very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the entire team (sorry I forgot a couple of names) and I highly recommend them for any demolition job you have in mind. Steve and the crew were all very professional and got the job done fast at a very reasonable cost. Their truck accidentally damaged our iron gate, and they replaced it at no cost without us even having to ask. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I can't say enough about Kenneh Construction. It was a big decision to take out my pool, and from the beginning I was impressed by the professionalism of Steve Espenchied, who came out for the estimate. All my questions were answered promptly.

The guys at Kennah were super professional, did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. This place had excellent reviews on Yelp, so I invited Steve to give me an estimate on demolishing my pool. Everything they said in the other reviews was true. The workers were on time, completed the job in less time than Steve estimated, and cleaned up the site to my satisfaction. Every time I called or texted Steve, I got a quick reply (which is unusual for contractors). I felt like Steve was more than happy to answer my questions or explain the process. If I have any future construction needs, I will be sure to call him again.

I have Kennah Construction at my house right now removing overgrown trees and bushes, demolishing ugly concrete and cinderblock retaining walls from the 1960's, and leveling my entire yard in preparation for a new sprinkling system and sod. I thought the price was fair and I'm very impressed with the work. They're careful, diligent, expedient guys who showed up early and aren't slowing down. I'm really happy someone recommended them to us. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Kennah Construction has a Professional and responsible crew. I can't say enough about their crew and how grateful I am for their help. I needed a crew that could demolish a structure that knew exactly what they were doing. The structure was a hazard., so I wanted a qualified business to do it. They are quick, but don't leave the site until you are happy with the results. They also have knowledge in the business to help you save money.

We purchased a property in Norwalk that had a pool filled to the top with dirt. We we're sure if it was filled properly and called a few demo companies for their opinions. Steve, with Kennah Construction, was the quickest to get back to us and the first to submit a bid. I appreciated that the bid was thoroughly written out, line item by line item, with everything they would do. Steve also called right after he sent it to discuss everything on it. While we had a verbal bid that was lower (we also had a bid that was higher), we decided Kennah Construction was the company we wanted to work
