Excellent service! They returned our call within minutes and came to our home very quick too. He Let us know what the problem was as soon as he knew and gave us several options we could choose to use. He keeps ones financial wishes in mind too. Down to earth people and very friendly. I have used Mr Lanham for several years to service and repair my heating system which is hot water heat. I have always found his work to be excellent, timely and he is a friendly guy. He always cleans up after himself. He gives estimates for the work and I’ve found his prices to be somewhat cheaper than other services I’ve used. I highly recommend him.

My parents where in Florida on vacation and I was checking on there home for them.I stopped by to check the house and the heat was out.I called Lanham heating and Cooling. Randy was there within 30 minutes.
Randy diagnosed the problem and replaced the blower promptly.At the time it was winter and by doing this prevent damage to the home from frozen water lines.
This past spring Lanham Heating and Cooling replace the old furnace with a high efficiency furnace and outdoor air conditioning unit.Very please with the heat and air.There are no longer cold spots I'm my moms house. Very happy with the

Lanham Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing the HVAC system for Sproles Corporation on the Moscow Christian Church addition. Randy and Dave are hard workers and got the job completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend and use them on our next project!!!

I called Randy and within the hour he was here. He is very knowledgeable and had my blower motor in and repaired my house didn't even have the to get hot. He checked on me later and all was well. I plan on using Lanham Heating for regular PMs . He was fair in his pricing and I trust him and that's huge these days. I would highly recommend Randy's service
