Dave Mallo remodeled our kitchen and added a bay window to our house. He followed up when we had any concerns and we were very satisfied with the completed project. The kitchen was beautiful and the bay window made for the best view from our dinning room. I still remember this great work Dave Mallo provided 32 YEARS AGO. l' m glad to see he's still serving happy customers today.

I have worked with Mallo Home Improvements for several years. The most recent work they have done for me is in my family room. I have a tall wall and couldn't decide what to do in there. Mallo came over and made suggestions and one of them was to do a wall of Ship Lap which is used on the program Fixer Upper. That was done and i could not believe how this changed the whole room. Mallo's people were here when they were supposed to be and they worked around my schedule. I have animals and they made sure not to leave doors open when they went in and out of my home. After they were finished they cleaned

Disappointed. Company appears to cherry pick. Never got back to me. FOLLOW-UP: I called several times and left message. I even spoke to secretary about lack of follow-up and still no call-back. Tried email, but never got a response, until I faked an email and said I wanted a full kitchen remodel - got a reply in 3 minutes. Really... this place sucks.
UPDATE: Yes, no thanks to your company I did find a contractor who was customer focused and got the work done quickly, good quality and at a reasonable price.

After a terrible experience with a Craigslist "handyman" I decided it would be in my best interest to find a professional team that could help me out with the various tasks I don't have time to deal with. I'm pretty keen on not getting overcharged for things, but I also know "You get what you pay for" After getting several quotes for a window replacement (old window out, new vinyl window in) I decided to give Mallo Home Improvement a go.
