C.A.R. products are local to Springfield MA, and offer a 2-year warranty that guarantees you'll be satisfied.
We fill our vans with water from our shop. Our equipment runs straight from the vans motor and we use a water and vacuum lines that run from the machine in the van to clean your carpets. Most household cleaners will clean spots, but the detergent has to be removed from the carpet. We use a powerful vacuum and water extraction to remove any detergent from the carpet or furniture.

We own and operate a short term rental. The living room is carpeted, with an area rug. We asked for those and the sofa and armchair to be clean and the young man who showed up right on time did a fantastic job, which we were delighted with. The cost was very reasonable, and we plan on doing the same every year just after mud season for the busy summer season. Not only do our carpets and rug look amazing, they smell amazing. 5 star crew...

Contacted Camelot Carpet Cleaners to clean a 14X14 room with Berber wall-to-wall. It was booked at my convenience, they showed up on-time, and the results were amazing. Equally as important, the individual doing the cleaning job (Josh) was polite, he was careful with my furniture, and didn't mind one bit that I spent the time practically peering over his shoulder to oversee the job done. Awesome customer service and quality workmanship. Cameron listens to you, accommodates you, and makes you feel important - and he follows through with quality service. My nephew was lucky enough to have him as a basketball coach; its cool to see a local business owner so involved with the community. Camelot carpet cleaners graciously helped my mother and grandmother with a carpet after my grandmother had a nasty fall. My mother talked very highly of her experience. Soon-after, I decided to bring a used car to Cameron after I bought it.. it had pet odor from previous owner among other odor issues

Prompt, professional service at reasonable rates. Excellent communication. Cameron and his crew are known locally for doing excellent business. I have hired them twice, have been pleased both times, and will certainly hire them again. They cleaned a large room and a set of cat hair- matted stairs in less than 90 minutes, moved furniture as needed and left everything elevated on easily removed foam blocks. They were polite and considerate about working around my pet and me. I highly recommend Camelot Carpet for your carpet cleaning needs!
