After being a victim of the winter storm in 2021, I called so many contractors and the ones that would answer the phone were at full capacity. The same happened when I called West Construction, but this time George asked me to tell him a little bit about our story. We had been building a new home and were just about to put our current home on the market a week after the winter storm. West Construction is superb. George and his team are a pleasure to work with. They are real pros and very customer focused. They were professional and responsive from the outset, and the work and materials to replace our roof, gutters and downspouts (as well as care for the property and cleanup afterwards) were excellent. I continue to contact George and use West for other projects and repairs unrelated to the roof installation, and their responsiveness is as solid as it was at the beginning.
