Ideal Temp HVAC has been serving the local region as a family-owned business since 2006. Owner Paul Powers, Jr. continues to earn the trust and loyalty of the local residential, commercial and municipal communities through dedicated customer service and quality work, an engrained philosophy that is carried on throughout all aspects of his company.
In operation since 2006 in the trades, Ideal Temp HVAC services all aspects of heating and cooling for the local communities in the central and eastern regions of NH, as well as along the coastal regions of Kittery, ME, York, ME and the surrounding areas. We strive to offer our clients a wide range of services making it easier to manager all aspect of the job no matter its scope or size.
Are there areas in your home you would like to be cooler or warmer but they have no ductwork or registers present?. Ideal Temp HVAC are experts in installing Ductless Mini Split systems that places a self-contained air handler in the room to provide air conditioning. Ductless mini-splits are also available as heat pumps, which can provide both heating and cooling.
I highly recommend Paul and his team at Ideal Temp HVAC. This past fall I had them completely change my heating system going from oil to gas and adding central A/C! Very good service, very clean even though some of the home was under renovations. Got the job done on time and best of all the price was right!

I'm not surprised to see no other reviews as I hope no one is actually using this company!
One of their drivers in a white van appeared at my house for a service. I informed them that they must be at the wrong house as I had not requested any services. The driver made me extremely uncomfortable and was pushy asking to pursue the servicing that I did not need or request. When I asked him what address he was looking for - he told me an address that was not my address - I informed him of this. He then said "then where is that???". I informed him I did not know and descended
