Called for one issue and ended up having all new plumbing ran throughout our house. Top notch workers. Great communication. They cleaned up after themselves. The price quoted was what we paid so it was easy to budget. They don't cut corners and for the things they don't do, they offer recommendations for others that do (like finishing drywall). Will be our plumber from now on!

Joe Benzie and his crew are amazing workers! They are very professional, knowledgeable with the experience to back it up. His no nonsense workers were amazing in their performance on the job as well as very neat and polite. When Joe tells you he is going to do something, it is done right. We were completely satisfied with his work. He was within our budget and finished the work on time. I called Joe at 8am on a Monday. He came out to diagnose the issue on my hot water heater within a couple of hours. He gave me a couple of honest, fair options and also pointed out that my pressure relief valve on the main water line to the house would need replaced soon. Once I made my decision on the unit, he immediately went to pick it up. While he was picking up the tank, his crew was already here working on the pressure release valve and removing the old tank. Great guy, Great crew. I called him in a panic due to a flooded basement and he came out and within hours had diagnosed the issue. Due to city, limitations he had to wait a couple days to be able to fix our issue, but came out and fixed our sewage line. He did a great job, and explained everything so we could understand it. My fiancé contracted Joe to completely renovate our bathroom. This cost us just slightly under $6000. Slightly after the project was completed the drawer to our vanity started sticking and progressively got worse. I called Joe and explained the situation.
