Our firm has extensive experience with privately funded and affordable housing funded projects. We have designed over 900 apartment units and 75 condominium units for private developers. Our clients range from affordable housing, student housing to higher end apartment complexes. Understanding what product the developer wants to bring to the market is key to the initial design conversation.
