The roof inspector was responsive and helpful. However, the technician that did the repairs did a deficient job. Once, the repairs were done my roof was again inspected by another company and they pointed out flaws. A visual check of the roof still shows flashing, lifting shingles and visible nails. So, not all defects were rectified. The repairs done by EZroof does not provide value for money.

This roofing company sales push you to sign the agreement without explaining what are in the agreement and not even give price quotes. The agreement is full of hidden charges. It even asks clients' SSN on the agreement. Reading this agreement makes me laugh all day. This company is a joke. They expect fools don't read and just sign and pay them.

I haven't yet decided to fix my roof,but boy can I tell you that I have had the BEST tailored customer service with the young representative I believe his name is Enrike. Young man educated me on the Insurance deductible responsibility. Unfortunately I can't spend money but I sure did appreciate his honesty.

The company did a roof replacement after the damage done during the hail storm in April. There were some delays in getting started because of the weather, but the did the complete removal of the old roof, and installation of the new roof in a single, 12 hour day. They did a great job of clean up afterwards. I was not present for most of the work, but my family said they were cordial and nice. I will post more when the gutters are installed.

I got the roof, aged 16, damaged by hail. The service that Annie and her team offered me was fairly great! She hepled out all the way from connecting with insurance company to the inspections on the midway and the completion. Her professionalism and strong customer orientation gave me fairly deep impression. I'd like to recommend her and her company.

I originally used EZ Roof in 2016 to replace my roofing after extensive hail damage. I met Mario at this time and was impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work performed. He helped me with the insurance claim and the whole process was easy. I kept his business card and now in 2021 I needed another inspection after a limb damaged my roof after a wind storm. I called on Mario again for help. He was able to assess the damage and quickly make the repairs. I will be using this company again soon for some other services I need. I highly recommend this company.

Our roof was over 15 years old and the insurance company was no help to get it replaced. We were looking for a reasonable company to do the work. Our search lasted a year. EZ gave us a good price and was able to do the work the following week. It took a day and Mario was a great help and kept us in the loop with what was going on.

So I have the same problem which somebody else did which is that the dude drives his work truck around and is a walking disaster, or rather a driving disaster, as he'll try to smash into you, he'll cut you off or flip you off, will yell at you, just looks like he's looking for a fight all the time.
I can only hope there isn't a gun in the glove box.

These guys are awesome! Fit me into their super tight schedule to help with a roof replacement so my home would be insurable. The cost was so reasonable, especially considering the extent of the work that was done. Andy is a terrific person to work with--courteous, reliable, and thorough. They completely finished our roof in a day and a half and it was done beautifully. Where other companies didn't want to help us, EZ Roof was eager to jump in and provide stellar customer service. We were very impressed with the quality of their work. Highly recommended!
