The above rating is based on not trusting NVM’s owner. He and I talked near the end of April about work I needed done, which he committed to do in June. On May 23 I sent him a message asking when my work will be scheduled. Eleven days later (June 3) he responded via email, instructing me to find another landscape contractor as he doesn’t have the staff to do my project. I replied, questioning why he is reversing his previous commitment. His response: “We would like to clarify that a project is never officially booked until we provide you with a date.” The statement has not applied in my
