I hate to give this review but I feel that I must. I contacted this business through craftjack.com, which sends out a request to multiple service companies. I am in the process of selecting a painter to paint the interior of my home and I needed to get quotes. Jeff Myers, the owner of the company, called and we set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment I actually wanted to go for a motorcycle ride but I couldn't because I had made a commitment and I don't take that lightly. I was finished with my work that day but I grabbed and book and waited. It was 90 minutes before
