Our mission is to work with you towards the custom design and the building of your dream home. Koby offers over 15 year of experience in design and construction of custom homes. She works personally with our clients to guide them through the design and decision process, from planning to execution. Koby's experience along with her contribution of her design and organizational skills is priceless during the building process.
Since 2003, Distinctive Renovations has worked with clients on remodels, design, and additions with touchups and designs that complement even the most discriminating tastes. Supported by the award winning Homes of Distinction team, we work with you to create a custom design that reflects your own taste, comfort, and well-placed trust in Distinctive Renovations.

However, we have a different perspective of this process (as you could have guessed). Homes of Distinction works on a cost-plus basis, the cost of your house plus our consulting fee. We offer assistance and expertise with each step of the home selection process, provide quality products at a competitive rate, and keep you in budget and on schedule.
