Jeremy to the rescue!! The Bee Free team helped with a bee swarming problem at our pool. We called them on a weekday after typical working hours, and they came to extract the bees and plug a hole in our grout the next morning (thankfully showing up earlier than promised). We noticed more swarming two days later so we called them back and they responded within minutes of us leaving a voicemail. Jeremy--the owner--returned to check the previous work and inspect the surrounding area for hives. I called several places but no other company would commit to helping me with my bee problem on a Sunday night.Jeremy, on the other hand, offered to be here first thing Monday morning. Jeremy and his wife arrived on time (in fact early). They set up and finished the job quickly. Removal of the bees was done humanely and most of the bees were able to fly off to a new location. Jeremy and his wife were both very professional and friendly.
