Terri Matthews, President of TMI, founded the company over three decades ago. He enjoys working with people who need his help. We offer many types of commercial roofing products and services. TMI installs many types of roofing materials on commercial building such as Duro-Last, TPO, Modified Bitumen, Built up, and Metal. Duro-Last is a highly durable and long lasting solution for low slope applications. Its highly reflective surface offers an excellent return on investment in terms of energy savings, while being virtually maintenance free.
We are a full-service contractor that assists clients from conception to completion of their projects. TMI is currently licensed, registered or otherwise authorized to do business in the states that are indicated in red. TMI construction has done two commercial roof jobs for me. They also do homes.
Gabe was very honest and explained the estimate well. It is almost impossible to find someone you trust to work for you. Also very hard to find a reasonable price. Gabe was honest and did a great job for the money charged. TMI was also lower priced than two local roofers in Lawton. Highly recommend

Over the past 105 years, Pauls Valley National Bank has expanded and remodeled into three older City Center buildings. With three separate though adjoining, flat, roof structures, a long standing problem with roof leaks had, for years, plagued the bank. Years of costly foam repair and replacement had become ineffective.

TMI Construction did all the repairs on our house after a severe hailstorm. Gabe Matthews provided estimates for our insurance company and made sure we got all of the damage repaired. From roofing, replacing siding, windows, doors, gutters and painting; they took care of it all! TMI completed the repairs in a timely manner. They are locally owned and operated, professional and trustworthy. We will use this company again! Thanks for taking care of us.
