I appreciate the professionalism and friendly attitude of Ian and his assistant. I called this morning and they came this afternoon and fixed my garage door. I did not anticipate the quick response and when they arrived they were done in less than an hour. Ian was kind to explain what he was doing and the price he quoted over the phone this morning is the cost in which I paid once the job was completed. Great job guys. I had a tenant call me about my garage door not opening. CGD was quick to answer when I called, scheduled it directly with them to help save me, them and the tenant the back and forth. Then when it needed a new opener, they gave me several options that were all a great deal in my opinion and then they scheduled a quick install with the tenant. I would definitely recommend them again.

One of my garage door springs was broken. I looked up a few well-reviewed repair services on Angie's List and checked with three of them. Certified Garage Door Inc. was the only one clearly stating a price on their website. I made an appointment for the next day, Ian arrived at the agreed time, the service was completed in a professional and courteous manner, no up-sale pressure (okay, I also had the rollers replaced while he was there, the price seemed very reasonable) - this is how a business should be run.
Highly recommended.
