These guys are great! We have had issues for a long time with our HVAC not responding appropriately to the thermostat. When Brandon came out, he took the time to trouble shoot and problem solve, instead of telling us what everyone else had been saying, and he figured it out! Very pleased customer here!

There is no business I’d recommend more highly. This company, Brandon and Nicole specifically, have rescued me on more than one occasion during safety threatening conditions. They have been in contact constantly, and come after regular business hours caring more about our family’s well-being than office hours or their time. Needed maintenance/service and the Quick Cooling team did a great job communicating and answering all questions I had. They're also upfront and honest about their work (Will tell you when parts need/or don't need to be replaced). Overall I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs that anyone might have.

This company is the absolute best. Literally they stayed here all night to fix our A/C. My husband and I were incredibly amazed at the work they did, and we now have a cool house in some of the hottest weather in central Texas. God bless them and their business.

I've used this company for my air conditioning twice and each time Brandon was prompt and respectable. As a single older person, I felt he was honest with what needed repaired. I hope I have her name right, Nicole who answers the call is so personable and very polite! Great customer service!

Our A/C went out and our rental company got Brandon E. from Quick Cooling out to our place (after hours!) in 20 minutes. He was super nice, quickly diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond in multiple areas - he installed the common ground to our thermostat so we don't need batteries, he cleaned the outside unit and told us how, made sure it was draining properly (it wasn't before then) and gave us a tip on how to get more out of our air filters! I've never learned so much - so quickly - in a pleasant manner in a time of need. Can't say enough good things about Brandon and Quick Cooling

Woke up close to one AM sweating. After yesterday's temperature hitting 109, I immediately grew anxious about my mother and pets dealing with a broken unit while I was at work. At almost 2 in the morning-Brandon answered the phone, arrived quickly, and I'm going to sleep at 3:30 am with peace of mind and a happy heart that this company exists. Easily one of the best service companies I've ever dealt with - my ac was going through these weird 5-hour periods where it would just decide to stop working. My management company hired Brandon from Quick Cooling and he immediately called me to set up a time and was very flexible in scheduling a time that worked for me. When he came over, the ac was working so it was hard to diagnose the issue, but Brandon cleaned out the ducts. A few hours later, the ac stopped working again. I had to leave the apartment and Brandon told me to let me know when I would be home, even if it was midnight and

I called Brandon at 9pm on a Friday night. He was there by 10, and I had an answer about what the problem was and an estimated cost by 10:15. He communicated really well with me throughout the whole process, and kind in the face of a stressful situation.
Most importantly, he and his team fixed the problem very promptly, for a cost that was well within his original quote. They are total pros, and I'm definitely calling them if I have future issues!

My AC was broken for weeks thanks to a bunch of scammers that kept giving me the run around. I finally called another company, not Quick Cooling (though I really wish I'd called Quick Cooling first!), for another opinion and they replaced the capacitor. For one day, I had glorious AC, but then I came home late last night from work to find my house above 90 again and the fan motor dead (not the capacitor, the actual motor). Our A/C unit quit working early in the evening on a 101 degree day, and as the temperature crept past 85 in just a couple short hours, we began frantically searching for emergency repair. Trying to make it through the night would be miserable and possibly even dangerous for our nine month old baby. Brandon and Quick Cooling are great! A/C broke down during a hot summer Sunday. After calling almost 10 companies (they either didn't pick up or had no availability), I got in touch with Brandon. He was available to come within the hour and was very professional. He got our a/c working again that evening (props for same day service), and did a great job cleaning our unit and addressing the other issues. While others were offering to help my family tomorrow when my AC unexpectedly shut down in the middle of a Texas summer, Brandon was the only person out of 15 people in Austin to come that same night. Within the hour he was arrived to service my HVAC which I had broke while installing my new smart thermostat and after Brandon fixed my HVAC he went through the unit and informed and educated us on why it broke. I called first thing this morning to help with a thermostat that was installed incorrectly from a different company. Brandon was here an hour later, fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. We've had 2 other companies out on 5 different occasions within the last 2 months,and the unit is running better after a 30 minute repair this morning than it has in months. Very happy with the work, and the professional and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

Had them come out for regular maintenance on my AC. They showed up the day after I called when they said they would, did the work professionally and quickly for what I feel was a fair price. He gave me some tips on things I could to increase efficiency and what to watch out for in the future. He even went as far as to tell me how to clean the coils on my outdoor unit rather than convincing me to pay the fee to have him do it. Very pleased. I'll definitely be calling again with my future HVAC needs.

Brandon and his team did excellent work in repairing our heater. My heater broke over Thanksgiving weekend, when it was 36 degrees. I called five local businesses, and this was the only business that answered. He was upfront with pricing and a time estimate. Within an hour of my initial call, he came by my house to diagnose the issue.

Once needed parts arrived the next day, Brandon worked overtime to install (finished close to 8 PM) in my absence as I requested. When I arrived home late that evening, the unit still was not cooling due to some minor work needed on the indoor unit (refrigerant was low due to known issue). Brandon responded late at night -- after midnight -- and arrived at 7 AM the next morning.
